a) Logistics Checklist

 

  • Confirm date availability with Bill or his staff
  • Initial conversation with Bill to clarify topic, audience details, and event focus
  • Connect with Bill's customer service staff to assist you through every step of the event process
  • Clarify and receive assistance throughout every step of the meeting process, from our initial conversation to Bill’s standing ovation

c) A/V Requirements

 

  • Lavalier microphone - Bill will move freely throughout the audience
  • Screen, projector, and sound system
  • Easel, large Post-It sticky easel pad, colored markers
  • Access to Wi-Fi and Internet
  • Bill will bring a PC laptop and clicker

 

Bill requests a sound check in the empty meeting room one hour before the meeting starts.

Bill would like to meet the individual who is introducing him as well as the person handling the AV technology to review the audio/visual part of the talk, including film clips, PowerPoint slideshow, and music cues.
